Leading with honesty and ethics, Kim Reaves uses her high morale to ensure that her clients enjoy a transparent and hassle-free experience. Kim’s goal is to give her all to her clients, fully representing them as she directs their next real estate transactions.
 
Following in her grandfather’s footsteps, Kim’s deep roots and vested knowledge in real estate empower her to thrive in the industry. Additionally, her background in business, accounting, and banking allows her to strategically guide her clients, whether they need guidance on the financial aspect of the transaction or creative methods to overcome hurdles.
 
Kim serves Central Florida with pride. Having grown up in Lakeland, Florida, she knows the area well and can offer key insider advice about the area’s neighborhoods. Kim actively supports the U.S. Army, and as a certified Military Relocation Professional, she’s especially well equipped to guide military families. Even so, she welcomes buyers and sellers from all walks of life to take their next step with her.
 
When she’s not working in real estate, Kim is working to change the lives and hearts of those who need uplifting. Led by faith, Kim is an active member of her church. She holds conferences to inspire women and even supports a mission project in Africa.
