Meet Jocelyn

With a childhood spent moving from home to home in New Jersey, Massachusetts, and her native New York, Jocelyn Lugo found stability by watching hours of HGTV. Seeing the experts transform properties and people’s lives, Jocelyn dreamed of one day finding her own forever home and helping others do the same. After arriving in Lakeland, Florida, she knew this was the place to make it all happen, and Jocelyn devotes almost all of her passion and goals to real estate.

 

Jocelyn began her real estate career as an assistant for a Florida-based property management company. Concurrently, she and her partner began acquiring home improvement gigs and later opened a home improvement company. Jocelyn’s background taught her the business aspects of real estate, how to master the challenges of relocation, and how to transform an eyesore into a thing of beauty. A U.S. Army veteran, Jocelyn’s integrity, perseverance, and reliability mean clients couldn’t ask for a more steadfast ally. She planned to continue her call of duty by joining the police academy, but she changed her plans after discovering Lakeland and the excitement of real estate.

 

In addition to her career, Jocelyn is passionate about learning, discovering, and creating new things; renovating homes; appreciating the outdoors; enjoying people, and cherishing her beloved golden retriever. Most of all, she’s inspired by her daughter, her “little princess” and “mini business partner,” who motivates her every day and with whom she hopes to one day build an empire! Jocelyn’s maternal instincts extend to helping kids who need emotional support to become successful, confident adults.
